December 4th

Hello everyone.

I hope all of you are well and safe.

Now that we are entering the Christmas holidays I pray for everyone’s safety. I pray that they may find love, comfort and fulfillment throughout the coming months.

I think that it is very important to remember that as we go through the hustle and bustle of getting ready for family traditions that many are alone.

There are many that never receive a gift, have anyone to give a gift to, nor every have anyone pay any attention to them.

This is becoming more and more so with the life style of today and divorces. Many people have lost their dreams. They see others having a wonderful Christmas. They see the fa sod of television and great happenings and they wonder why they aren’t deserving. They wonder what they did so horrible in their life to be forgotten.

I like to watch the Ellen DeGeneres Show and I think it is marvelous what she does. She is a very special person. However, as I watched it yesterday my heart went out to the people who don’t live in areas where they can go to these shows and have the twelve days of Christmas. My heart went out knowing there were people like me sitting there watching that would never have an opportunity to remembered by anyone.

It is great that there are opportunities but at the same time the many states that don’t offer events, or shows or have any connection with the stars continue to watch the television shows dreaming that one day maybe they will be good enough for a Santa to come into their life, yet knowing it will never happen.

As we go through the holidays it is very important to remember to treat others with smiles, and kindness because you never know what they might be going through.

You don’t know when the last time was that they celebrated with family or had a traditional holiday. You don’t know what their dreams and aspirations were or are.

The best gift that you can give this time of year is the gift of kindness. Let your heart be true and share some of your love with those that may not feel loved.

Let every person you come in contact with know that they are important and count.

You might just save someone. Holidays are a tough time because not everyone can participate in them. Keep it real and love thy neighbor. So until next time 🙂 ❤
